He navigates entrepreneurs, executives and family groups through the intricate tax implications and challenges that arise from the structuring, management and transfer of their assets, whether private or professional.
His regular interventions include:
– company transactions (sale/acquisition, opening up of capital, equity transactions, contribution-assignment)
- asset or business transfers (French Dutreil pact, donation-assignment, intergenerational transfers, inheritance)
- reorganisation of income and asset ownership structures
- international mobility projects (transfer of residence, impatriation, expatriation)
Additionally, Alexis intervenes in corporate tax management, whether applied to daily business operations, or for restructuring operations following M&A and private equity transactions.
