Since 2015, Alexis has developed significant proficiency in taxation, handling both advisory and litigation aspects with expertise. He navigates entrepreneurs, executives and family groups through the intricate tax implications and challenges that arise from the structuring, management and transfer of their assets, whether private or professional.
He regularly advises on:
– company transactions (sale/acquisition, admission of new investors, equity transactions, contribution and sale (apport-cession))
- asset or business transfers (Dutreil pact, gifts, intergenerational transfers, inheritance.)
- reorganisation of income and asset ownership structures
- international mobility projects (transfer of residence, impatriation, expatriation)
Alexis also advises on corporate tax, whether applied to daily business operations, or for restructuring operations following M&A and private equity transactions.
He also advises on international tax, focusing especially on the tax implications concerning trusts and elite athletes.
Alexis represents the firm's clients in their interactions with the French tax authorities in the context of tax audits or disputes before the French administrative and judicial courts.
He authored several articles published in specialist journals. He is a member of the Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux (IACF).
