ESG Charter
The firm is committed to an eco-responsible approach, reducing its waste production through recycling, selective sorting, composting and limiting the use of single-use products. We prefer to buy ecological, organic and fair-trade products.
Plastic bottles were entirely replaced by Castalie glass bottles, accompanied by water fountains. Disposable glasses and cups have also been replaced by reusable glass alternatives.
For coffee breaks, we use bean-to-cup machines with grinders to eliminate the use of aluminum capsules.
We encourage sustainable transport: carpooling, cycling, public transport. Whenever possible, our lawyers prefer trains to planes for business travel, whether for individual assignments or internal events. For cab journeys, we use G7's "green" services by default, thanks to a dedicated subscription.
The firm favors telecommuting wherever possible, in order to limit emissions linked to business travel.
We have built a positive, inclusive, diverse and stimulating working environment. The firm is committed to ensuring that every employee is supported and treated with respect and dignity, whatever their age, origin, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religious beliefs, seniority or role within the organization.
Our recruitment policy is based on proactive, fair practices that are free from all forms of discrimination, whether direct or systemic.
We actively encourage the participation and advancement of women within the firm. Women are equally represented on the various ad hoc committees. Our priority, either through internal promotion or external recruitment, is to aim for parity among our partners.
The professional objectives set for employees are defined in compliance with ethical rules, and in particular with article 3.2 of the Paris Bar Association's Charter of Good Collaboration Practices, which promotes a balance between professional and personal life.
The Aublé law firm attaches paramount importance to the protection of personal data. In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) and current legislation, we implement rigorous procedures to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and security of the information processed. All our employees are made aware of the issues involved in data protection, and the tools we use are chosen for their compliance and reliability.
Preventing conflicts of interest is at the heart of our ethical approach. Aublé has put in place a strict internal procedure to identify, analyze and prevent any risk of conflict of interest, as soon as a file is opened. This procedure relies on systematic verification tools, as well as constant dialogue between our teams, to ensure fair, independent and transparent representation of our clients.
Committed to the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism, Cabinet Aublé rigorously applies KYC (Know Your Client) obligations. We systematically verify the identity of our clients, the origin of funds and the beneficial owners, in accordance with regulations. This vigilance ensures the legal security of the transactions we support, while complying with our ethical obligations.
