Aublé & Associés advised Wynd, an omnichannel platform specializing in payment and loyalty solutions for the retail sector and a member of NEXT40, on its acquisition of Symag, a subsidiary of BNP Paribas Personal Finance.
Symag is a major player in the fields of cash collection, loyalty and point-of-sale services, with revenues of nearly €25 million in 2020.
This acquisition, the first of a subsidiary of a CAC 40 company by a NEXT 40 startup, represents an " immediate prospect of sustainable and durable growth " in the words of Ismael Ould, Wynd's president, and reinforces its position as a leader in the market for cashiering and point-of-sale services.
