Aublé & Associés advised Kobus Tech, a Paris-based publisher of assessment and follow-up software for physical therapy aimed at paramedical professionals, in its acquisition by the listed group Cegedim. The publisher chose an industrial exit and joined the healthcare software group.
The company, which was founded in 2016 by Laura Beaulier, Sonia Perelroizen, Rodrigo Reyes and Benoît Sibileau, employs a dozen people and allows paramedical professionals to prescribe exercises for the benefit of their patients and to facilitate collaboration between colleagues and substitutes. The software now has more than 4,000 users.
This acquisition will allow Kobus Tech to continue its development within the listed health software group whose range of software includes Kiné4000 and Maiia Gestion.
