Aublé Law Strengthens Its Corporate/M&A Practice with the Addition of Patrick Dupuis as a Partner

Aublé Law is pleased to announce the addition of Patrick Dupuis as a partner in its corporate/M&A practice.

This addition marks a new milestone in the firm’s growth and strengthens its ability to provide support in the areas of corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, particularly for French and international transactions.

Patrick Dupuis advises publicly and privately held companies, investment funds, and executives and founders on mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. He also advises them on corporate governance issues and, more broadly, on corporate matters.

He began his career at Davis Polk in 2013 before joining Skadden’s corporate/M&A team in 2016, where he was promoted to European Counsel in 2022 and then to Counsel in 2023. Patrick Dupuis holds a Master’s degree in business law and a Master’s degree in banking and financial law from Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas University, as well as an MBA from ESSEC Business School.

“Patrick’s arrival is fully in line with our growth strategy. His background at leading international law firms and his experience with French and international corporate and M&A transactions strengthen our ability to support our clients in their strategic and cross-border transactions. We also share the same entrepreneurial vision of the legal profession, which was a key factor in our decision to work together,” said Matthieu Aublé, founding partner of Aublé Law.
