Aublé & Associés advised Sharelock, the company behind the connected locks that are integrated into street furniture, in its €4.1 million SEED fundraising from Breega and Caisse des Dépôts.
Faced with the large number of stolen bikes in France, Nicolas Louvet and Alexandre Molla, former general manager of Uber Switzerland, launched Sharelock in May 2020 in order to solve the main drawbacks of cycling: lack of parking and security.
Sharelock designs connected locks that can be integrated into street furniture (on posts in particular) and allows its users to reserve a lock in advance and be reimbursed if their bike is stolen.
