Aublé & Associés advised Natz, the company behind the world's first hard seltzer recipe based on real fruit, infusions and fermentation, in its first round of financing from family offices and business angels.

The summer of 2021 marks the arrival in France of hard seltzers, these alcoholic drinks composed of fruit-flavored sparkling water with an alcohol content generally between 4 and 6%, which are a huge success in the United States and Great Britain.

This first round of financing will allow the company to expand its range of recipes, recruit and develop in France and internationally.
