Otium's European healthcare consulting consolidation platform, Enosium, has acquired Inbeeo, Vyoo Agency and Epione, bringing in €15 million in revenues.
Otium Capital unveiled its ambitions in healthcare services last spring, when it announced the creation of Enosium Life Science. However, this platform, controlled by Pierre-Edouard Sterin's holding company and managed by Antoine Amer, was nothing more than an empty shell. It is now home to its first companies. Accompanied on a buy-side mission by Alma Partners, the structure acquired the French SMEs Vyoo Agency and Epione, positioned respectively in medico-economic evaluation and medical communication.
The Aublé team comprised Matthieu Aublé, Alexis Grajales, Clotilde Lordet and Loïc Fehr.
Many thanks to Enosium (Basile Paul-Petit and Thibault Wirth) and Alma Partners (Samuel Koubi and Alexandre Eischen) for their trust and collaboration.
