Aublé advised Ligerio, an e-commerce platform specializing in authentic materials, and its founders in its first round of financing

Aublé advised Ligerio and its founders in the realization of its first fundraising of €3.9 million.

The main investors in this operation are Bpifrance, the Loire Valley Invest fund managed by Go Capital, Sébastien de Lafond, founder of MeilleursAgents.com, the Deconinck family, majority shareholder of Tarkett, Clément Ouizille, co-founder of Convelio, Folco Aloisi, co-founder of the Karavel group, or François Duryve, CEO of Otium Capital.

Launched in October 2019 by Jean de Varine Bohan, Ligerio sells quality materials, mainly flooring, to both individuals and professionals. The company currently has 30 employees and aims to reach 84 employees by 2024, particularly by recruiting Tech profiles.

This fundraising is intended to optimize the technological aspects of the platform by automating the relationship with carriers and suppliers, and by developing 'front-end' features that will make the user experience more pleasant.
