Aublé & Associés advised the TSG group, a shareholding of the HLD investment fund and European leader in technical services for responsible mobility solutions, in its acquisition of the S2D company located in Cordemais, near Nantes.
S2D's activity covers the whole of France and concerns the construction of private stations, particularly for industrial applications. It has highly qualified employees who are experts in the supply, installation and maintenance of technical fluid distribution equipment for professionals.
This acquisition allows TSG France to strengthen its presence in the private fleet market and to position itself with industrial customers while expanding its product range with its existing customers.
