Aublé & Associés assists Cyclofix in its €5 million fundraising from Decathlon France and Via ID - Mobivia
Aublé & Associés advised Cyclofix, the leading bicycle and scooter repair company in France, on its new €5 million fundraising round with Decathlon and Via ID Mobivia, as well as on the negotiation of its various commercial partnerships.
This fundraising will allow the company to accelerate its development in France and internationally, to offer new services and to recruit new talent.
Cyclofix also emphasizes its partnerships, such as the one signed with Decathlon. The sports equipment distributor offers its customers access to Cyclofix's mobile repairers.
Another partnership recently signed was with Fnac/Darty, which is increasingly positioning itself in the urban mobility segment. A Cyclofix workshop has been opened in the Fnac Ternes store (Paris 17th).
This fundraising follows an initial fundraising of €1 million in 2017.
