Aublé & Associés alongside the start-up Ondorse for its fundraising with Eurazeo and Isai

Aublé & Associés assisted the start-up Ondorse, which automates identity verification for companies by connecting to 25 risk, identity and private data providers, in a €2.4 million fundraising led by Eurazeo alongside Isai and several business angels in the fintech sector such as Pierre-Antoine Dusoulier (IBanFirst), Olivier Godement (Stripe) and Philippe de Passorio (Adyen).

Founded in 2021 by Florent Robert and Aymeric Boëlle, startup Ondorse offers an enterprise identity solution, unifying third-party data as well as compliance and fraud APIs into a single platform.

Because fraud does not stop at the onboarding of new customers, Ondorse helps identify suspicious actors, fight against fraud and respect the compliance imposed by the French Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR), which has already audited several fintech bosses.

"Identity verification platforms have been increasingly present for several years. But these solutions are specialized in BtoC, unlike Ondorse, which is dedicated to BtoB", explains Aymeric Boëlle, one of the founders of Ondorse.

The KYB ("know your business") market is expected to reach $12 billion by 2022, up from $5 billion in 2017, according to OWI, an independent firm dedicated to identity issues. In this context, Ondorse continues to grow and aims to position itself as a leader in the market of identity verification automation for companies.
