The VILAVI group announces the acquisition of Media Courtage, publisher of the online broker AcommeAssure.com, currently owned by Malakoff Humanis. Carried out with the support of its shareholder HLD, this operation marks a new stage in the group's development.
This merger will enable VILAVI to strengthen its digital expertise, accelerate its external growth strategy and consolidate its position in the personal insurance market.
