Aublé advises TSG Group - part of the HLD investment fund - in its acquisition of JCM SOLAR

TSG intends to strengthen its solar energy business and offer its customers integrated photovoltaic installations: rooftop equipment for logistics and industrial sites, parking shelters for service stations, mobility hubs and public and private infrastructures.   

JCM Solar is a French company based in the Pays de la Loire region, specializing in the design, installation, maintenance and servicing of photovoltaic power plant projects for professional customers.
