Aublé advises VLAD, French leader in batteries for the medical sector, on its acquisition by Turenne Santé

Matthieu Aublé, Alexis Grajales and Ombeline Madranges supported VLAD when Turenne Santé became a minority shareholder via FPCI Capital Santé 2.

This operation is part of VLAD's ambitious development strategy, which includes external growth projects abroad and organic growth. The company is highly regarded and recognized for its commitment to service quality, especially among medical institutions.

For Turenne Santé, this investment is the twelfth transaction in the FPCI Capital Santé 2, dedicated to growth capital and buyouts in the healthcare sector. After a first closing in 2019 of €187 million, the FPCI Capital Santé 2 is now more than two-thirds invested.
