Aublé strengthens its M&A and Private Equity practice with the arrival of Stéphane Sabatier as partner
Aublé announces the arrival of Stéphane Sabatier as partner. This integration marks an important step in the firm's strategy to expand and strengthen its Corporate practice, particularly in the fields of M&A and Private Equity.
With a career spanning more than 25 years, Stéphane Sabatier joins Aublé with a recognized M&A and Equity Capital Market practice both in France and internationally. He mainly advises French and foreign industrial groups, as well as investment funds, with particular expertise in the healthcare and life sciences, aerospace and defense sectors. Having been a partner in several renowned Anglo-Saxon law firms, and having founded his own firm in 2021, his expertise combined with his mastery of negotiations make him an undeniable asset to the firm.
Stéphane Sabatier 's arrival coincides with a period of accelerated development for Aublé. Following the integration of the tax and business litigation teams in early 2023, Stéphane Sabatier will strengthen the Corporate division, which now comprises 5 lawyers and 2 partners. The firm thus offers a more comprehensive range of services to support its clients in their high value-added strategic projects, particularly in the fields of mergers & acquisitions, private equity and capital markets.
Stéphane Sabatier holds a doctorate in private law from the Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas, the Executive Master General Counsel: Strategy & Leadership for Senior Lawyers from the Institut d'Études Politiques de Paris - Sciences Po Executive Education, and the Diplôme d'Étude Approfondie (DEA) en Droit des Affaires et de l'Économie from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
