Aublé Law advises SchoolMouv on its sale to Sofatutor

Aublé Law advised SchoolMouv and its selling partners on the sale of 100% of the company to the German platform sofatutor, a major player in EdTech in the German-speaking market.

This transaction marks a milestone for SchoolMouv, which is joining a European group with strong technological and educational expertise in the field of digital learning.

Founded in France, SchoolMouv has established itself as one of the most recognized online tutoring platforms, offering educational content for middle and high school students.

With this acquisition, sofatutor, one of the most comprehensive digital learning platforms in the German-speaking market, is strengthening its presence in Europe and affirming its ambition to become a leading player in digital education on a European scale.

The two companies intend to work closely together to combine their resources, technologies, and market expertise, with the aim of accelerating the development of SchoolMouv in France while strengthening synergies between their platforms.

Sofatutor is supported in its growth strategy by EMERAM, an investment company specializing in high-growth technology companies.
