Botanic, a French retailer specializing in gardening and home improvement, announces the acquisition of Pépinières Le Lann (Gradignan and Gujan-Mestras), including its operating companies and real estate assets.

This move speeds up Botanic's expansion in Gironde, ahead of the opening of its new concept store in Camblanes-et-Meynac (near Bordeaux), and brings the brand to 79 stores in 2026. It's based on retail outlets known for their wide range of plants, cutting-edge horticultural expertise, and valued local advice.

Aublé Law (Matthieu Aublé, Nathan Joder, Ombeline Madranges) advised the selling partners of Pépinières Le Lann (Gradignan and Gujan-Mestras) on the sale of 100% of their business to Botanic, including the operating companies and land.

Botanic, supported in its development by Crédit Mutuel Equity SCR, was advised by Korus-Leman (Maxime Saucaz, Océane Cocaud).
