Aublé Law advised Kiosk and its selling partners on the sale of 100% of the capital to G.A.C Group.

G.A.C. Group, an international consulting firm specializing in innovation, performance, and responsible business transformation, announces the acquisition of Kiosk, a software publisher and expert in CSR issues.

This transaction is part of the development strategy of G.A.C. Group, supported in its LBO by GENEO Capital and Bpifrance. It aims to strengthen the group's offering by providing its clients with an integrated approach, combining consulting expertise and digital solutions, in order to structure, manage, and monitor their CSR initiatives for SMEs, mid-cap companies, and large accounts.
